You run the pad through the printer and it cleans the printer heads. My Dymo had stopped printing and a quick search indicated that this is what I needed. The box arrived on time and I immediately pulled out one of the envelopes and started reading the package. The envelope reads "See Quick Starter Card for instructions." But there was no Quick Starter Card to be found!As it turns out, using the card cleaners is easy. Remove your current roll of labels from the feed and run the card through as though it were a new roll of labels. Simple, done. I did it a couple of times just because it was still damp.
